I – may have as initial registration, upon importation, the arrival of the consignment in the Country;
II – must have its information stored for at least 2 (two) years, counted from the date of arrival of the consignment in the Country or of its sending abroad, for presentation to the customs inspection when requested.
III – advise senders and recipients in the Country on their obligation to keep, in good custody and order, the documents related to the export or import of the consignment, under the terms established by art. 70 of Law No. 10,833, of December 29, 2003, through guidance printed on documents linked to the shipment delivered to senders or recipients, as the case may be, or disclosed on the company’s website on the Internet;
